Steve Rinaldi
Steve Rinaldi
Steve Rinaldi is a stand-up comic from South Philly who basically turned “growing up around loud Italians, strong opinions, and questionable decisions” into a career. He’s the kind of comic who looks like he’s about to roast you… and honestly, he probably is — but in a way that makes you laugh first and realize it later. Steve started out grinding it out in Philly open mics, where the audiences are honest and the drinks are strong. After surviving that, he took his act to Chicago to sharpen things up at places like Second City and iO, where he learned how to turn chaos into actual structure. In Chicago he bounced around comedy clubs like Laugh Factory, Zanies, and anywhere that had a mic, a stage, and a crowd.
These days, he’s back in the Philly/New York/New Jersey comedy circuit doing what he does. Most recently he co-hosted a podcast with comedy legend Dom Irrera, which is basically what happens when two guys from Philly sit down and try to out-talk each other for an hour.
